Bread: An Effective Home-made Recipe

1. The Ingredients:

For a 600 g Bread:

– 500 g of specified flour (type 55).

– 1 teaspoon of salt.

– 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

2. Preparation of the dough:

– Mix the salt + flour and the yeast together in a bowl.

– Mix everything together to obtain a lump-free dough and fold it several times like a towel.

The dough should not be sticky or too dry:

– Add water or flour depending on the circumstances.

3. Dough rising:

– In a cake pan, put parchment paper to place the dough inside.

– Place a damp, clean cloth on the dough and wait 1 hour for it to rise to turn into bread.
