A Delicious Chicken Sandwich with Vegetables

– Follow this recipe in order to make your for vegetable and cheese chicken sandwich at home.

– It is rich in protein, vitamins and antioxidants, nutritious and delicious. A full package of deliciousness.

– This recipe is for 3 people; 3 sandwiches in 20 minutes maximum, from start to finish.

– If you have guests or you are alone, it is easy to change the dosage of the ingredients the way it suits you.

– The result will be the same, a good and delicious sandwich with a creamy sauce in just 20 minutes max.

1- Ingredients of your Cheesy Chicken Sandwich:

– 3 pieces of bread without crusts.

– 1 chicken breast cut into strips or slices.

– Red or green pepper, sliced or chopped.

– 1 small onion, sliced or chopped.

– 1 tablespoon chopped garlic (if you want to).

– 3 lettuce leaves washed.

– 1 tomato cut into slices.

– 1 hard-boiled egg, cut into slices (if you want to).

– 4 slices of Mozzarella or other fondant cheese.

Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons.

Harissa: 1/2 tablespoon or more. (if you want)

– 40 g of butter.

– 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

-A pinch of salt.

– A pinch of black pepper.

2- Prepare a Cheesy Chicken Sandwich in 20 minutes:

– Heat the oil and the butter in a saucepan.

– Add the chicken slices. Cook, stirring, for 4 minutes … until golden, then remove from the pan.

– In the same pan, put the onion with the pepper and cook for 2 minutes.

– Stir them until they are tender and the onion is golden… It is possible to add 1 spoon of oil or a little butter if necessary.

– Add the chicken and garlic. Stir the mixture for 3 minutes, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

– Add slices of fondant cheese and remove the pan from the heat after 20 seconds.

– Cover the pan and let the mixture sit until the cheese is melted.

You will have a light chicken sauce with vegetables and cheese… a creamy sauce and golden chicken slices.

In the meantime, we are going to prepare the bread to receive this creamy sauce.

– Spread the mayonnaise in the bread, on both sides. Spread a little harissa on one side.

– Put a few slices or slices of tomato. Put slices of your hard-boiled egg.

– Spread on top, with a spoon, the chicken sauce with vegetables and melted cheese.

– Put a few golden chicken slices on it.

– Put a leaf of lettuce on it.

– You can put the chicken sandwich with vegetables and cheese in the oven for 1 to 2 extra minutes to heat it.

Serve it hot. Add some fries and a few pieces of pickles, if you like to.
